  11. All our users had the pink-red labelled traditional 14.4 USR Sportsters. 
  12. An user recently purchased a Sportster Vi 14.4, but we can't get it to 
  13. work on ANY machine, although if we plug back the old modems they work fine!
  14. Anything I should know?
